Introduction to Post

In HAP, a post can include user-generated content such as text, images, documents, links, and polls. In addition, the system and applications can also push automated post updates to specific users as needed.

Post Display Order and Filtering​

Posts are displayed in reverse chronological order—the latest posts appear at the top.

You can also filter posts by a custom date range to focus on specific time periods.

Post Visibility Scope​

Posts are not necessarily visible to the entire organization. You can choose to:

  • Publish a post within a specific group
  • Share a post with “Only Me”, visible only to yourself
  • Mention individuals to ensure they are notified

This allows for flexible and targeted communication while avoiding irrelevant exposure.
