Recharge Online

The balance can be used for user expansion packages or for SMS and email services.

Recharging balance is not supported in Free Edition.

Operations​

Administrators click the profile photo, and go to [Org Admin] > [Organization] > [Billing] > [Recharge].

If you choose Alipay or WeChat, it takes effect immediately; if you choose bank transfer, it needs to be processed manually, which will take some time.

After recharging, you can apply for an invoice in the recharging history. Before applying, you can go to [Invoice Settings] to fill in the required information for the invoice.
