FAQs of Free Edition
1. Can I purchase user expansion packages in Free Edition?
No.
The Free Edition only supports 10 users in your organization and cannot be expanded.
If your organization has more than 10 members, you can choose to purchase the Standard Edition (30 free users). If exceeding 30 members, you can also purchase the expansion package.
2. Which users can I add to the application as members?
In the Free Edition, you can only add users in your organization, not friends or other collaboration users.
In the paid editions, there is no restriction.
3. Are SMS and email services available in Free Edition?
The platform has a free balance for SMS or email services, but you can't recharge in the Free Edition and the services are not available when the fees are used up.
4. How many attachments can I upload? Can it be expanded?
In the Free Edition, the attachments that can be uploaded in applications are 2G a year, which is shared by all users.
If exceeding 2G, you cannot continue to upload attachments and the expansion package for cellular data is not supported.
Attachments in personal chat or group chat are not counted.
5. How to expand if the workflow is executed 1000 times every month?
You can't expand execution times of the workflow in the Free Edition.
6. How to check the current usage?
In the organization management page, you can check the current usage.
