1. Can I expand user quota in the Free Edition?
No.
The Free Edition supports up to 10 users and does not allow user expansion.
If your organization requires more than 10 users, consider upgrading to the Standard Edition, which includes 30 users by default. Additional user packs can be purchased if you exceed 30 users.
2. Who can be added as app members?
In the Free Edition, after completing individual verification, you can add external users and friends as app members.
3. Can I use SMS and email services in the Free Edition?
Yes — but only after the organization has completed enterprise verification.
Once verified, you can recharge credits to your organization. With available credits, SMS and email services can be used.
4. How much attachment storage is available in the Free Edition?
The Free Edition includes 2 GB of total attachment storage per year, shared across all members in the organization.
Attachments sent in private chats or group chats do not count toward this quota.
5. The workflow execution limit is 1,000 per month. Can it be expanded?
No, the Free Edition does not support expanding workflow executions.
However, after completing organization verification, you will be eligible to expand execution limits.
6. How can I check my current usage?
You can view usage statistics for each module on the Organization Management page.
