Billing Rules in Paid Editions

The prices of the 3 paid editions of HAP SaaS are as follows:

  • Standard Edition: ￥14900/Year, (30 free users)

  • Enterprise Edition: ￥29900/Year, (30 free users)

  • Ultimate Edition: ￥59900/Year, (30 free users)

If the number of users in your organization exceeds 30, you need to purchase additional user expansion packages.

User Expansion Package: ￥300/User/Year. The number of users to be puechased needs to be a multiple of 5.

For example: If you purchased HAP Standard Edition (￥14900), with 30 free users included, but there are 40 members in your organization, so you need to add 10 more users. In this case, you need to pay an additional 10*￥300=￥3000, a total of ￥14900+￥3000=￥17900.

Are departing users still billed?​

The answer is No.

The billing rules are as follows:

  • Users in current organization: Billed

  • Users who have left the organization: Not billed

  • Friends: Not billed

  • External users in groups: Not billed

For example, if you purchased HAP Standard Edition with 30 free users and already added 30 users, you can invite users to groups (not counted for billing), but you can't invite users to the organization.

If you upgrade to paid editions during the trial period, the remaining trial days will be gifted to users.
