How to Adjust the Task's Board (Stage)

Web​

  • In the task list, open the task details and click the board (stage) name to update it.

  • In the board view, you can drag and drop tasks to move them to a different board.

Mobile App​

On mobile, tap the structure above the task name to make changes. You can associate the task with a project, change its board (stage), or link it to a parent task.

  • If the task is not linked to any project or parent task, the red box will show the network or collaboration it belongs to.

  • If the task is linked to a project but not a parent task, the red box will show the project name.

  • If the task is linked to a parent task, the red box will only show the name of the parent task.
