Default Task Owner in Each Board

In the project Kanban view, you can assign a default owner for each board. When a new task is added or created in that board, the task owner will automatically be updated to the configured default owner.

How to Set It​

Click the dropdown menu of a board and select "Set Default Owner".

Cancel the default owner:

Tips

  • Project owners and administrators can set a default task owner for each board.

  • When the default task owner leaves the organization, the default owner setting will be automatically removed.
