HAP IP and Domain Name

If your company's broadband network has external access restrictions, you need to add all the HAP IPs and domain names to the whitelist for normal and stable use of HAP. The IPs and domain names that need to be whitelisted are as follows:

  • The third-party interface can be called in the code block, and the exit IP is fixed to be 106.75.74.26, including

    • The code block node in the workflow
    • Code blocks in the API settings in Integration Center

  • Exit IP for other API requests is randomly any one of 106.75.14.110, 123.59.59.220, including

    • The sending API request node in the workflow
    • API request settings in Integration Center

With the increase in requests, the existing IP may reach the upper limit of traffic, then it needs to add new IP. If you need to set up a whitelist, you can leave your contact information to be notified before adding IP. Click here to submit
