Public Query
Worksheets not only allow non-app members to submit data, but also enable them to search worksheet records. Anyone with the public query link can search worksheet data by entering the required search criteria.
Publish Worksheet Data
Enable Public Query
Go to Edit Form > Extend > Public Query, enable Public Query.

Configure the Query Link

-
Query View
Select the view that users will query against. If you want users to search all records in the worksheet, the selected view must have no filter conditions and no hidden fields.
-
Query Conditions
The selected query fields are all required. Searches use exact matching, not fuzzy matching. When multiple query fields are configured, they are combined using AND logic.
-
Page Title
The title displayed at the top of the public query page.
-
Allow Data Export
When enabled, a Download button is displayed in the query results, allowing users to export the returned records.
Get the Query Link
After completing the configuration, copy the QR code or query link to test the feature.

View Query Results
-
Open the query page using the QR code or link.

-
After entering the keywords, click Queryh to display the matching records.

Public Query returns a maximum of 50 records. If you need to make more records publicly accessible, use View Sharing instead.
Columns displayed in the query results
-
If the selected view is a table view, the results display the same columns configured in that view. On mobile devices, up to three columns are displayed.
-
If the selected view is any other view type, the results display fields in the same order as they appear on the record details page.
-
Share the Public Query Link
Here are three common ways to provide the public query link to users:
-
Require users to provide a phone number or email address when submitting a public form, then send them the query link via SMS or email after the submission is complete.
-
Add the public query link to the Description section of the public form, and remind users to save the link after submitting the form.
-
Include the public query link in the Receipt section of the public form.
