Introduction to Printing Templates
When printing records in the worksheet, you may need different print formats in different business scenarios. Sometimes you need different format styles, sometimes you need to display different fields, so you can save the configured format as a template, and then select the template when printing, without having to configure it every time you print.
Types of Templates
HAP provides two types of printing templates.

Templates in Word/Excel format
According to your business requirements, you can design the print format in Word or Excel and then upload it to the system, so that you can print the data with the custom templates.
Templates in Word or Excel format are only available in Enterprise and Ultimate Editions.
