Option Set
When configuring single-select or multi-select fields, using an option template can significantly reduce repetitive setup and maintenance. If multiple worksheets require the same set of options, this template helps save time and effort. This template is called an option set.
1. Create an Option Set
There are two ways to create an option set:
- Create it in the application management page
- Convert options from a single-select or multi-select field into an option set
-
Create from the App Management page
Option sets are not tied to a specific field or worksheet—they are defined at the application level.
Application admins can go to App Management > Option Set to create and manage option sets.

-
Create from a single-select/multi-select field
Convert existing field options into an option set.

2. Edit, Disable, and Delete Option Sets
On the option set management page, you can perform actions such as edit, disable, enable, duplicate, delete, move to another application, and view usage.

You can also edit options directly within single-select or multi-select fields in a worksheet. Any changes will automatically sync to the option set.

-
Disable an Option Set
After disabling, the option set cannot be selected for new single-select or multi-select fields. Existing fields using the option set will continue to function normally. Disabled option sets can still be edited, duplicated, moved, or deleted.
-
Delete an Option Set
Option sets must be deleted from the management page. If an option set is in use, it cannot be deleted. In this case, you can disable it instead. Disabling does not affect existing usage.
-
Option Management
For option-level settings such as color, sorting, adding, hiding/showing, option values, and the “Other” option, refer to Single-select/Multi-select Field Guide.
3. View Usage
An option set can be referenced by multiple fields. In both field settings and the application management page, you can use View Reference to see which fields are using the option set.
The system lists the worksheets and applications where the option set is used. You can click to navigate directly to the corresponding form configuration page.
