Introduction to Option Set

For the single-select and multiple-select controls, the options need to be set up for the user. Sometimes the single-select field in different worksheets may require the same options. In this case, an option template can help avoid duplicate configurations.

1. Create Option Set

  • In application

Data sets do not belong to a single or multi-select field, nor to a worksheet, but are application-based.

The entrance for option set management is shown below.

  • In field (single-select and multiple-select)

You can change custom options to option sets.

2. Edit/Delete Option Set

1. You can edit the option set in the management page.

2. You can also edit the option set in the field setting page.

3. Delete Option Set

Option sets can only be deleted in the management page.

After deletion, you can still edit the options in the single or multi-select fields that used the option set. However, they are not re-saved as new option sets. If an option is modified in a field, it is also modified in another worksheet that uses this option. Therefore, the option set is not really deleted, but hidden.
