Calendar View
Overview
The calendar view helps users manage date-related record data more efficiently. For example, in sales visits or production schedules, you need to know:
- What’s scheduled for each day?
- When does it start?
- When does it end?
- How long will it last?
- What needs to be handled today or tomorrow?
All of this can be clearly viewed in the calendar.
Calendar View Example
View Configuration
1. Click the "+" button and select the Calendar view
2. Select a date field
The calendar view requires at least one date field as the "Start Date" to populate the timeline.
If your business involves precise planning (e.g., task start and end times), you can also set an end date field.
Once selected, click Confirm and records will automatically display in the calendar.
Multiple Date Groups
Some business cases need multiple date sets—for example: review date, beta release date, go-live date.
You can add a new group of date fields.
