Trigger Mode – Trigger by External User
Workflows can be configured to automatically execute predefined actions when an external user of the application signs up, logs in (including auto-login), logs out, or is deactivated.
Use Case: Send an SMS notification to the external user upon their logout.
1. Create a workflow triggered by external user
2. Select [When a user logs out] as the trigger condition
3. Add a [Send SMS] action node
SMS Recipient: Selects the current user in the first node, that is, the user being logged out
SMS Content: Choose a pre-composed template.
4. Pulish the workflow and test
After publishing, log out an external user within the application to trigger the workflow. The user will then receive the corresponding SMS notification.
