How to create a workflow

Start Time

The start time is the time when the workflow is first executed.

End Time

If it is not a workflow that executes in a permanent loop, you can set a time so that the workflow ends automatically when the time comes.

Loop

It can be every hour, every day, every workday (Monday to Friday), every week, every month, every year, or a custom cycle.

  • The date is based on the start time you set for the workflow.

For example, the start time selected in the above figure is 2021-09-01 (Wednesday), if it is a weekly cycle, the workflow will be triggered every Wednesday; if it is a monthly cycle, the workflow will be triggered on the first day of each month; if it is a yearly cycle, the workflow will be triggered on September 1 every year.

  • Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. If you need Monday to Saturday, please set a custom cycle.

Custom Cycle

In addition to the cycles supported by the system, more flexible custom cycles are also supported.

For example, you can set the workflow to be triggered at 9:00 every day; or you can set the workflow to be triggered at a certain time every Wednesday and Friday.

Configuration Steps:

  1. First set a start time.

  2. Set [H] part.

  3. Set [Date/day of week].

  4. Set [M] part.

  5. Click [Generate the initial seven times of execution time].

Example: Set a workflow triggered at 9:00 am and 9:00 pm every working day

  • Hour: Triggered at a fixed time, 9:00 and 21:00

  • Date: Monday to Friday

  • Month: Triggered every month
