Click your profile avatar and navigate to Manage My Account > Profile.
Click Verify Now and scan the QR code using the WeChat app to complete facial recognition.

Organization Verification
There are two types of organization-level verification: individual-level and organization-level. Choose based on the features you need.
As an organization admin, click your profile avatar and go to Org Admin > Organization > Org Info > Verification Info.
Click Verify Now and select either individual or organization-level verification.
-
Organizations with full organization-level verification can:
set SMS signatures, share externally, recharge credits, and invite members. -
Organizations with only individual-level verification can:
recharge credits and invite members.

If your organization has completed individual verification, you may later upgrade to full organization verification.

Multi-Entity Verification
A single organization can bind multiple business entities.
You can set separate SMS signatures and apply for e-invoice tax numbers per entity, supporting multi-enterprise operational needs.
On the verification page, click the Add button in the upper-right to add additional organization verification information.

SMS Signature
To send SMS messages through external portals, public forms, or the Send SMS node in workflows, a registered SMS signature is required.
Messages using unverified signatures are highly likely to be blocked by carriers.
Creating and Managing Signatures
Organization admins can create and manage SMS signatures by navigating to Org Admin > Organization > Org Info > Verification Info via the profile avatar menu.
- Signatures can be named after the certified company name or a registered trademark.
- All submitted signatures will be reviewed and approved by the telecom operator via the platform.
- Only approved signatures can be selected and used in message templates.
- If a signature is deactivated, it can still be used in existing templates, but cannot be selected for new ones.

Signature Sources and Naming Guidelines
| Source | Requirements |
|---|---|
| Full company/organization name | Must exactly match the name on the business license. If the full name exceeds 12 characters, we recommend using the registered short name. Organizations must use the full legal name. |
| Company short name | Must be included within the full company name and uniquely identify the business entity. Cannot contain reordered, omitted, or extra characters. |
| Trademark name | Must be a registered trademark listed on the China Trademark Website. |
SMS Signature Approval Timeline
- Approval by carriers typically takes around 5 business days
- Signatures that include trademarked names may take up to 10 business days
After your SMS signature is approved, we recommend running small-scale tests across different carriers to validate delivery performance.
Once delivery rates meet your requirements, you can proceed with bulk messaging.
Use the Default SMS Signature
If you can’t use a custom signature, you can send messages using the platform’s default signature: 明道云.
Verification Code Messages
Common use cases:
- External portal registration, login, and password recovery
- Phone verification in public forms
| Signature | When to Use | Example |
|---|---|---|
| Custom Signature | When your custom signature has been approved | 【YourSignature】Your verification code is 1234. Thank you! |
| Default Signature | Default platform signature, suitable for general use | 【明道云】Your verification code is 1234. Thank you! |
Custom SMS Content
You can customize SMS content in the following scenarios:
- workflow Send SMS node
- External portal invitations
- Approval notifications
When using the default signature, you can add a prefix in the message body to indicate your organization or business context.
Example:
【明道云】Acme Corp: Your daily report has not been submitted.
When the Default Signature Is Required
Due to carrier compliance requirements (the domain and SMS signature must belong to the same entity), messages that include HAP domain links (mingdao.com, mingdao.net, theportal.cn) must be sent using the default signature.
