Administrator's Operaion in Approval Flow

When the flow cannot be continued due to vacation, or departure of the approver or filler, the application administrator can operate in the approval flow at this time with the following operations:

  • Reminder Nudge the approver or filler again to continue the flow

  • Skip current approver/filler At the current node, the administrator forces the flow to be passed and automatically noted [Administrator set to be passed].

  • Replace the current approver/filler

  • Suspend Flow It means to suspend the [Initiate Approval Flow] node, and the subsequent nodes in the main flow continue to be executed.

Administrators can only operate in the approval

2. Operation​

Administrators can operate in the flow when they open the record in the worksheet and view the approval flow.
