How administrators can intervene in the approval process?

When the process cannot be continued due to vacation, or departure of the approver or filler, the Application Administrator can intervene in the approval process at this time with the followingo perations:

  • Reminder Remind the approver or filler again to speed up the process

  • Skip current approver/filler At the current node, the administrator forces the process to be passed and automatically noted [Administrator set to be passed].

  • Replace the current approver/filler

  • Suspend Flow It means to suspend the [Initiate Approval Flow] node, and the subsequent nodes in the main flow continue to be executed.

2. Operation​

Administrators can intervene in the process when they open the record in the worksheet and view the approval process.
