Batch Process Data in Subform

The worksheet is implicitly associated with the subform, but it is different from the association created by the relationship control.

How to get records of a subform

Get the records of a subform through the records in the “associated” worksheet.

For example, if want to get the data in the subform Order Details of an order, you can select [Get the associated records] in the [Get Multiple Data] node to get the data in the subform.

How to batch add data to a subform

There are two types of subforms, subforms with entity sheets and subforms without entity sheets (subforms created from blanks). When adding data automatically through a workflow, you have to specify to which subform the data is to be added, so a subform without an entity sheet can't be added data automatically (a blank subform can be converted to an entity sheet with one click).

Batch add data to subform with entity sheets

When adding data in bulk, you must have already obtained bulk data through one of the previous nodes, and then automatically add the data in bulk to the subform.
